Board of Directors

Camarillo Health Care District (District) is a public service agency authorized by California state law to deliver community and population health and wellness services., and is overseen by five publicly elected representatives, who serve in four-year alternating terms, and are elected through a zone elections process.

Director Tom Doria, MD, has provided health care services in Ventura County for nearly 30 years and remains committed to the continual improvement in quality of life for all. Dr. Doria completed his Doctor of Medicine degree from UC Irvine College of Medicine and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and completed his residency and fellowship in cardiac anesthesia at UCLA. He has served the community as past Chair of the Pleasant Valley Hospital Department of Anesthesia, as well as St. John's Regional Medical Center Department of Anesthesia. Dr. Doria continues to serve as volunteer faculty at the David Geffen UCLA School of Medicine. (805) 482-3232 Elected 2016-2020
