Zone 1: Cris Loughridge is a longtime community health advocate with a background in Human Resources and Business Management. Cris has been a small business owner in Somis for the past five years. She has a passion for yoga and movement, which helped her achieve her yoga teaching credentials in 2016, prenatal yoga teaching certification in 2017. Since then, she has received an elevated designation by teaching over a thousand hours of yoga. After attending executive courses at both Harvard and Wharton school of business, Cris has sharpened her passion for business and finance in addition to her dedication to health. A former Miss Nevada in the Miss America Organization, she has raised funds for cancer treatment, organized public health events, and accrued thousands of hours of community service; Cris continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Miss Nevada Scholarship Organization. Additionally, Ms. Loughridge sits on the Education Advisory Committee for Gates Capital Management. Cris is extremely grateful and honored to bring her love of healthcare, volunteerism and community to the Camarillo Health Care District. Director Loughridge is committed to being a responsible steward for the community and the position.
