Tai Chi for Arthritis 

This award-winning series, based on research conducted by Dr. Lam from the Tai Chi Institute in Sydney, Australia, is designed for those looking to relieve pain from arthritis or other chronic conditions, and improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.  Beginner level is welcome! 

April 18-June 22 (T&Th), 3:30-4:30 p.m. l  10-week series.  R  l  NC

May 8-July 17 (M&W), 2-3 p.m. l 10-week series.  l  R  l  NC
