Advance Health Care Directives are legal documents in which a person specifies a family member, agent, or physician on what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions themselves. Preparing these types of documents provide clear instruction to families and offers peace of mind for all. There are many sights where these documents are available...we've listed two sites below for AARP and the National Institute of Health, for your convenience.
