Find resources and support at our CARE Connect Wellness Event

Caring for someone living with dementia can bring many questions, and finding the right resources and support shouldn’t have to be one of them.

Join Camarillo Health Care District and our partners for the CARE Connect Wellness Event, a one-stop shop for people living with a dementia-related disease and their caregivers.

Connect with representatives from Adult Day Centers, Adult Protective Services, caregiver resources, in-home care agencies, neurology, public benefits programs, the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program, Alzheimer’s Association, legal and advanced planning, as well as the county’s Long-Term Care Ombudsman. The event will be held 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 29 on our campus, 3639 Las Posas Road. Call 805-388-1952 for more information.
