We are excited to introduce our new online registration system! You can now register for many of our classes online at any time, day or night, from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Online Registration Schedule

With you in mind, we are introducing online registration in phases to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Until your program is available online, you can continue to register by calling our office.

 How to Register Online

1. Visit our website.
2. Click Register at the top of the page (next to Contact Us) or choose your program under the "Classes" menu.
3. Search for a class using the search box or select the current session (for example, Summer 2026).
4. Choose your program category and click the + sign to see available classes.
5. Select Register for Session or Register for Drop-In (when available).
6. Sign in to your Amilia SmartRec account or create a new account.
7. Pay securely online using a credit card or electronic check.

If you already use the Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District online registration system, you'll be happy to know it's the same Amilia SmartRec platform.

Support Our Programs

You can also make a donation online by selecting Merchandise. Donations may be made to support:

• Adult Day Center
• Family Caregiver Center
• Fall Prevention Program
• Home-Delivered Meals

For example, Home-Delivered Meals donations are available in $4 increments. To donate $20, select a quantity of 5 and add it to your cart before checking out.

In the future, you'll be able to check in to your classes electronically using a tablet or your smartphone.

• Use your personal barcode for quick class check-in

A Few Things to Know

• Class fees must be paid in advance to reserve your spot.
• If a class has a waitlist, the waitlist starts over each time a new session is offered.
• Registration forms and waivers will appear during checkout for you to review and accept.
• You can register multiple family members using one account.
