Falling is very frightening and can leave lasting damage, physically and emotionally. If you have fallen, or are worried about falling (or falling again!), please join us to learn ways to prevent falls, discuss safety techniques to help reduce concerns, and set goals for increasing activity and strengthening yourself physically.
