Join the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy program (HICAP), part of the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA) for Medicare Open Enrollment on Oct. 16, Oct. 30, Nov. 13 and Nov. 20 with appointments available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Appointments will be held at Camarillo Health Care District, 3639 Las Posas Road,  Building F, Sequoia Rooms, in Camarillo.
