Mental Wellness for Family Caregivers
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it also can be overwhelming. The District offers Mental Wellness Services for Family Caregivers to help you navigate stress, strengthen family relationships, and find balance as a caregiver.

Call Social Services coordinator Ellen Hood, a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) trainee, at 805-388-1952, ext. 215, for a 50-minute appointment. Appointments are available between 1 and 4 p.m. on Mondays and 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Thursdays. Cost is $75 (non-District residents add $4).
