Join the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), part of the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA) for Medicare Open Enrollment. One-on-one appointments will be scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Oct. 17, Oct. 31 and Nov. 14 at Camarillo Health Care District, 3639 Las Posas Road,  Building F, Sequoia Rooms, in Camarillo. For an appointment, fill out their comparison-appointment request form and a representative from the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging will call you to schedule an appointment on our campus.
