This award-winning Tai Chi for Arthritis series, based on research conducted by Dr. Lam from the Tai Chi Institute in Sydney, Australia, is designed for anyone looking to relieve pain from arthritis or other chronic conditions and improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Beginners welcome!

Join us for this 10-week series on Mondays and Wednesdays, July 29-October 7, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
