Mindfulness Trio: Successful Meditation 3 week series

6:30 - 8:00 pm. Three consecutive Thursdays, April 25, May 2, 9 . Led by Hypnotherapist and Health Education Specialist, Danette Banyai.  All classes listed below include mindfulness meditation.  Always practical, always simple.

Part 1- Dispelling the Myths of Meditation (Apr 25)
Have you ever felt like a failute at meditation?  You probably weren't.  Join Danette Banyai in the first of the series to discoveer the truths of meditation.  Get comfortable with yourself and the goals you hope to attain in your meditation practice.  Relax with guided imagery meditaion and practice for yourself.

Part 2-What's Your Focus? Conscious Breath as the Mantra (May 2)
Trying to clear your mind usually doesn't work out too well.  The opposite works well, find out why and how.  Simple and practical.

Part 3- Continuing Your Meditation Practice - The Principles (May 9)
Perserverance.  Discipline.  Acknowledgement.  Acceptance.  Non-judgement.  Non-attachment.  These are some of the basic principles that mediators recognize in their practice. Learn to faocus on those practices and how to build them into any schedule to enhance your health and well-being.
