Depression screening

9:00 - 11:00 am. Depression is an illness that involves the body, mood, and thoughts and affects the way a person eats, sleeps, feels, and thinks about things. Depression is not the same as a passing blue mood, or a sign of personal weakness, or a condition that can be wished away. If you're recognizing this in your life, we encourage you to schedule a Depression Screening which consists of a self-reporting questionnaire asking you to rate how often over the past week you experienced symptoms such as restless sleep, poor appetite, and feeling lonely. Your visit includes a confidential, one-on-one conversation with a Social Worker to discuss concerns, the results of your screening, and resources available to you. Appointments are 30 minutes
