VENTURA COUNTY, CA., June 10,2015 – The Camarillo Health Care District Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Kara Partridge Ralston as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Camarillo Health Care District (District). During her 17 years with the Camarillo Health Care District, Ms. Ralston served as the Chief Administrative Officer, and most recently as Chief Operations Officer, leading the District in its budgeting and finance process, strategic planning, legislative issues and program operations.
Ms. Ralston holds a Masters degree in Business Management and is certified as a Special District Administrator, which recognizes extensive knowledge and skills in all key aspects of administration including Governance, Legal Requirements, Policy Development, Ethics in Public Service, Strategic Planning, Public & Customer Relations, Organization, Budget and Finance, Personnel and Supervision.
