Steps, Traditions, and Concepts

An in-depth study of our three Legacies: Recovery through the Steps, Unity through the Traditions, and Service through the Concepts. We learn we are powerless over alcoholism, and we need to change both our attitude and our actions. Through the study of the three Legacies, we learn to apply these truths not only in our meetings, but we use them in our homes, workplace, and with friends. Our lives do get better.

This group is designed to help reduce and manage your anxiety attacks, through coping skills, stress reduction, relaxation training, and support from others experiencing the same symptoms.

Caregiver Support Group

This group is designed for people who are the primary caregivers of loved ones. The group will share resources, offer support and encouragement, and enjoy educational opportunities regarding caregiving. This group is open to all, and we encourage you to attend and replenish your reserves.

La Leche League International is a non-profit organization that provides assistance and information to breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women. Friendly monthly meetings provide mother-to-mother support, an accredited leader, a lending library, an open discussion, and Q & A period. All women and their babies are welcome. Leaders are available 24 hours a day by phone or email.
MOMS Club (Moms Offering Moms Support)
The MOMS Club is a national non-profit organization, specifically for at-home mothers. The group is designed to help you feel good about your decision to stay home with your children and give you the opportunity to share with other stay-at-home mothers and their children. Activities such as park days, play groups, Mom’s Night Out, and many other fun activities are planned during the meeting. Kids are welcome! Please see dates and times below.

This group is designed for teens that are having feelings of anger, depression, or loneliness. This group is also beneficial for those feeling the effects of parental divorce, are feeling anxious, have low self-esteem or effects of bi-polar.
