Low Cost Health Coverage for Children Birth through Age 18.
Healthy Families offers low-cost health, dental, and vision insurance with monthly premiums from $4 per child to a maximum of $45 per family. There is no co-payment for preventive services (such as immunizations) and only a $5 co-payment for nonpreventive services (going to the doctor due to illness).
